Your rugs don't need to bagged for collection unless they require antibacterial treatment due to infection. Please ensure we are advised of this prior to collection so we can keep affected rugs separately and treat accordingly.

If you are arranging a multi-livery collection on a larger yard, please ensure all rugs are identifiable so liveries can be invoiced accordingly.

When listing rugs and required service, please ensure you specify if a turnout needs reproofing, or just a wash. 

Please ensure rugs are dry and free of excessive hair and mud.

We do not carry out repairs on dirty rugs due to health and safety.
